Frank Walker, II

Attorney Walker began his career as an associate trial attorney for the Allegheny Office of Conflict Counsel in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania (OCC). While at the OCC, attorney Walker worked to defend indigent clients that were unable to be represented by the Allegheny County Office of the Public Defender due to a conflict of interest. As a trial attorney for OCC, attorney Walker handled hundreds of cases ranging from simple assault to murder. Eventually, attorney Walker was elevated to the position of senior counsel for the Office of Conflict Counsel and was second in charge of the office behind the Chief Counsel, Mr. Richard Narvin.

During his career with the Office of Conflict Counsel, attorney Walker developed a track record for successfully defending clients charged with high profile and serious offenses. Additionally, attorney Walker handled Act 33 juvenile cases, PCRA Petitions, appeals to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Eventually, Pittsburgh law firms began noticing attorney Walker’s track record as a successful trial attorney and attorney Walker joined the litigation department of a medium size law firm where he continued to focus on criminal defense cases and civil litigation.

However, in June 2011, attorney Walker left the law firm world and opened Frank Walker Law where he focuses on criminal defense. Since opening Frank Walker Law, attorney Walker has firmly established his worth as a criminal defense lawyer by taking on the toughest cases and repeatedly obtaining the best results for his clients.
